Safety Notice

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Choose safe missions

Use missions that fit your body, sleep environment, and current health. Prefer Shake or Step if jumping is not comfortable, if the floor is slippery, if the room is cluttered, or if you are injured or dizzy.

Jump Mode is off by default and should only be enabled when you have clear space, feel steady, and can hold your phone securely.

Stop when needed

Stop a physical mission if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, loss of balance, or any other safety concern.

HardWake is not medical advice, a medical device, a fall-prevention tool, or an emergency alert system.

Use backup alarms

Use backup alarms or another wake-up plan for medication, caregiving, travel, work, school, legal, medical, or safety-critical events.

HardWake can be affected by phone volume, permissions, operating-system limits, device manufacturer restrictions, Do Not Disturb, battery saver, reboot behavior, and app force-stop.
