We can help with alarms, permissions, purchases, account deletion, and reliability questions.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, medical information, photos, or private alarm labels.

For alarm reliability reports

Include your device model, Android or iOS version, HardWake app version, whether Battery Saver or Do Not Disturb was enabled, and which permissions were granted.

Before contacting support, open the in-app Reliability Check and review notifications, exact alarms, full-screen alerts, battery settings, volume, Do Not Disturb, and vibration support.

For purchases

Use Restore purchases in the HardWake paywall first. If that does not work, include the store platform, product type, and whether the purchase was made through Google Play or Apple App Store.

Refunds and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google through the store account where the subscription was purchased.

For account deletion

Use Settings, then Account, then Delete Account in the app. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address connected to your HardWake account.
