How it works

A stricter alarm flow from bedtime setup to morning follow-through.

Hard Wake starts like a normal alarm, then adds movement proof, wake tasks, check-ins, reliability guidance, backup, and optional invite-based accountability.

Wake flow

Six pieces, one morning path.

Set the alarm

Choose the time, label, repeat days, sound, vibration, and any wake routine tasks attached to that alarm.

Choose a mission

Start with Shake, step up to Soldier Walk, or opt into Jump when you have a clear space and it feels safe.

Complete movement proof

When the alarm rings, dismissal is designed to wait until the selected movement mission is complete.

Confirm you are awake

Awake Check and task check-ins can ask whether you stayed up and completed the morning routine.

Protect follow-through

When task check-ins are pending, Hard Wake can keep the alarm protected from casual edit, delete, or disable actions.

Recover your setup

When signed in, backup and restore can bring back saved alarm settings, wake history, and supported account data.

Routine tasks

The alarm can keep asking after dismissal.

Attach routine items like Morning run, Shower, Drink water, Prep food, Pack bag, or your own custom task. After the movement mission, Hard Wake can check whether each one is complete.

Before the alarm Pick tasks and decide which ones need a check-in.
After the mission Answer task prompts and retry if you are not done.
After follow-through Track completions separately from wake streaks.

Reliability guidance

Hard Wake guides phone settings that help alarms appear clearly and on time, including exact alarm scheduling and full-screen alert settings where supported.

Cloud backup

Signed-in accounts can back up supported alarm setup, repeat days, labels, routine tasks, settings, and wake history.

Optional Companion

Invite-based accountability can share selected missed-task alerts with an accepted companion when you enable it.
