Delete from the app
Open HardWake, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. After confirmation, HardWake deletes the Firebase account and clears local HardWake alarms, settings, active alarm state, and cached premium status on this device.
If Firebase requires a recent login, sign out, sign back in, and repeat the deletion request.
Reset local-only data
You can clear local alarms and settings without deleting your account by opening Settings, then Reset local data.
You can also uninstall the app or clear app storage through your device settings.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@hardwake.app from the email address connected to your HardWake account and ask for account deletion.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, medical information, photos, or private alarm labels in support requests.
Subscriptions
If you purchased Premium, cancel the Apple or Google subscription from the store account where it was purchased. Account deletion does not cancel store billing.
